Derwent Inktense Pencils deliver vibrant, water-soluble colour that transforms into intense ink when activated with water. Once dry, the colour is permanently fixed, making these pencils suitable for use on fabric including silk and cotton, as well as paper. The Fern shade (colour reference 1560) comes in a box of 6 pencils.
Each pencil features a round stained ink blue barrel with a colour dip end and metallic blue trim. Apply dry for smooth, bright laydown, or wash with water to create an ink-like effect. Colours dry quickly with minimal bleed, so adjacent shades stay crisp and clean.
