Derwent 2301682 is Peat, shade TC18, in the Derwent Tinted Charcoal range, supplied as a box of 6 pencils.
Peat is an earth brown charcoal. It gives ground, soil, tree trunks and heath a natural colour while keeping the soft, dark character that makes charcoal expressive. Paired with the moss greens in the same range it covers most of a bush or moorland scene, and it warms up a monochrome study without switching to paint. Peat TC18 is printed on the barrel, and ACCO list the barrel as round.
