Derwent Tinted Charcoal pencils deliver the rich, expressive quality of traditional charcoal combined with a gentle hint of colour. The Elderberry shade offers a deep, atmospheric tone that can be smudged and blended with ease, giving artists great control with minimal mess. These pencils are naturally water-soluble, opening up further possibilities for wash effects.
Sold as a box of 6 pencils in the Elderberry (TC10) shade, these are well-suited to life drawing, portraiture, and expressive mark-making where subtle colour and charcoal character are both desired.
