The CyberPower RMCARD205 is an optional network management card that inserts into the SNMP/HTTP slot on compatible CyberPower UPS units. Once installed, administrators can remotely monitor and control UPS devices in a back office, server room, or data centre via a standard web browser, network management system (NMS), or command line interface (SSH and Telnet). Scheduled shutdowns, startups, and reboots can all be managed from the network.
When a power event occurs, the card sends immediate alerts via email, SNMP traps, and SMS. Auto-shutdown software protects connected servers and workstations from data loss during a power failure. The card supports hot-swappable installation, meaning connected equipment stays online during on-site service. A multi-language interface and user-upgradeable firmware round out a practical, secure management solution.
