Round printing foam for easy, tool-free printmaking
Zart Printing Foam 20cm Round Pack of 15, supplier code LTZ302, is a pack of 15 round printing foam sheets from The Creative School Supply Company, each 20cm in diameter.
The supplier describes Printing Foam as an easy, economic and very popular introduction to printmaking. It is made from a thin, soft polystyrene that is lightweight and stores easily, according to The Creative School Supply Company. No sharp or dangerous tools, press or special tools are required, and sheets can be cut with regular scissors.
Because no press or special tools are needed, printmaking can run in a regular classroom with no press or special tools. The round format suits mandalas, plates, suns and radial patterns. The same foam also comes in A4 and A3 sheet sizes.
Cut sheets smaller for quick test prints. Add block printing ink and a brayer to complete the set up. See more from Zart, craft painting rollers, craft paints and educational craft supplies.
