A 36 colour watercolour stack for class and studio
Zart Watercolour Paint Disc Pack of 36, supplier code PT875-36, is the 36 colour pan watercolour set from The Creative School Supply Company, listed as 6 palettes of 6 colours.
The Creative School Supply Company describes the discs as a convenient pan style paint that stacks together for transport and storage. Each disc holds 6 colours with an empty centre well for mixing, and unscrews to reveal the pans. The clear screw top lid has compartments on the underside and doubles as a palette. The supplier lists the set for classroom, studio and plein air work.
The supplier explains that working a wet brush into a round colour loads it with paint, and more brushwork builds a more intense colour. Each pan is 22mm. Once painting is done, all the discs screw back into one stack that can be tossed into a bag.
Smaller 18 and 24 colour sets are also listed. Use these discs with soft round brushes or aqua water brushes, and browse watercolour paints, painting supplies, educational craft supplies and Zart.
