Stiffened felt for construction and book covers
Zart Stiffened Felt A3, supplier code FE069, is a pack of 10 brightly coloured stiffened felt sheets from The Creative School Supply Company, made for construction work and book covers.
The Creative School Supply Company describes this felt as brightly coloured and ideal for construction and book covers. It says the stiffened sheets are easy to cut, score and fold, and recommends Supertac glue for joining. The sheets are A3 size, which gives room for a book cover, a standing structure or several smaller shapes from one sheet.
Because the sheets can be cut, scored and folded, students can turn flat felt into covers and constructed forms. Gluing with Supertac, as the supplier suggests, joins pieces without sewing, and ten bright A3 sheets give a choice of colours for each project.
Join the sheets with Zart Supertac and cut them with sharp craft scissors. Wool blend felt is softer, per the supplier. Browse educational craft supplies, art and craft supplies, craft adhesives and Zart.
