A non-stick, heatproof mat for clay and shrink plastic
The Zart Silicone Mat 30 x 40cm, supplier code ML720, is a non-stick silicone surface from The Creative School Supply Company for modelling and for baking polymer clay and shrink plastic.
The Creative School Supply Company describes a non-stick surface for modelling and baking polymer clay and shrink plastic. It lists the surface as non-toxic, non-porous, anti-static and germ-free, free of BPA, and heatproof to 220C. The mat can also be used as a soft surface when embossing or as a working mat for modelling materials.
A non-stick surface lets clay lift away cleanly, and because the mat is heatproof to 220C, polymer clay and shrink plastic work can go from bench to bake on the same surface. Cleaning is a wipe or rinse. Keep it away from sharp objects to protect the surface.
Use the mat with modelling clay, find more in the Zart range, and browse art and craft supplies and educational craft supplies for project materials. Shrink plastic sheets are also listed in the Zart range.
