A wider hard rubber roller for larger lino blocks
The Zart Hard Rubber Lino Roller 150mm, supplier code RL006, is the 150mm size of the Rubber Lino Roller Hard from The Creative School Supply Company, for inking larger blocks and pressing prints.
Built as a long lasting hand roller, this lino roller has an easy-grip plastic handle and a durable metal axle and frame, according to The Creative School Supply Company. The supplier says it applies ink smoothly with excellent holding capacity, and where no press is available the roller presses the back of the paper to transfer the print from the block.
The same roller that inks the block can press the paper, so prints can be made without a press. The supplier describes a smooth application of ink with excellent holding capacity, and the 100mm size is listed separately for a narrower hand roller.
The 100mm size, lino blocks and cutters are in the Zart range. Browse craft painting rollers, see painting accessories, and find more in art and craft supplies. A safety hand guard is listed for students cutting lino blocks.
