Wide masking tape for collage, construction and masking
Zart Masking Tape 50m x 36mm, supplier code AT536, is a 50m roll of 36mm masking tape that the supplier makes for the art room and classroom.
The Creative School Supply Company lists collage, construction and masking as uses. It also suggests combining the tape with newspaper or aluminium foil to build armatures for modelling. The supplier states the tape tears when required and peels off non-porous surfaces. The 36mm roll is the widest of the four widths the supplier offers, alongside 12mm, 18mm and 24mm.
Used with other width tapes, the supplier says masking tape can create abstract geometric designs. The tape tears when required, according to the supplier, and peels off non-porous surfaces, which suits masking jobs where the tape needs to come off afterwards. Each roll holds 50m of tape.
Narrower 12mm and 18mm rolls sit in the same range. A tape dispenser keeps a roll handy on the bench. Browse craft masking tapes, tape dispensers, other craft tapes and the full Zart range.
