Maize noodles that join with water, no glue needed
Zart Maize Building Noodles Assorted Pack of 500, supplier code ML380, are Magic Maize Building Noodles from The Creative School Supply Company that stick together with water, so no glue is needed.
The Creative School Supply Company explains that to fuse the noodles, you dampen the part to join with a wet sponge and press the noodle gently onto another. Pieces can be joined in any configuration to make necklaces, towers, creatures or characters. The supplier also suggests dampening a noodle and sticking it straight onto paper to add a colourful raised texture to collage.
With water as the only joining material, the supplier calls the noodles a complete activity, with no additional tools or materials required. Set-up needs only a damp sponge, and that lets students move from 3D construction to raised collage work with the same pack.
Set out a damp sponge on the table before handing out the noodles. Mount collage work on craft papers, explore modelling materials in craft modelling clay, browse early learning and sensory, and see the Zart range.
