Long hot melt glue sticks for fast, strong bonds
Zart Hot Melt Glue Sticks 300mm Pack of 10, supplier code AA111, from The Creative School Supply Company, load into the back of a hot melt glue gun for quick bonding.
The supplier says the glue dries in 30 - 60 seconds with a thick non-drip hold, so clamps and supports are not needed while it sets. It names cardboard, Corflute board, wood, plastic, fabric, ceramic breakages, leather and some metals as materials it sticks. The supplier also lists the same stick in a 1kg pack of approximately 35 sticks.
Fast setting helps students build and construct without waiting on each joint. The supplier says the sticks suit fastening heavy items that need an extra strong bond or sit on a vertical surface, and that the glue can be used artistically for line work in relief printing and decoration.
Load these into a hot melt gun, not a low melt one. Keep spare sticks with the gun so construction work is not held up. Browse craft glue sticks, craft adhesives, glue and adhesives and the Zart range.
