A metal drying rack on castors for A4 and A3 artwork
The Zart Mobile Drying Rack 25 Shelf, supplier code DPZ123, is a fabricated metal drying rack with 25 shelves that The Creative School Supply Company lists for storing A4 and A3 artwork.
The supplier gives the unit measurements as 95 x 43 x 33cm and each shelf as 43 x 30cm. The rack sits on four castors, two of which are lockable. The supplier describes it as a storage solution for the art room, classroom and studio that holds paper, wet artwork and unfinished 2D projects between sessions.
Lockable castors let the rack roll to where work is being made, then stay put while it is loaded. The supplier calls the design neat and uncomplicated, and pitches the rack as a space saving storage solution for busy rooms. Keeping wet work off the tables also helps keep the art room organised.
Park it beside the painting tables during practical lessons, then lock two castors while students load their work. Compare other art drying racks, art room furniture, craft storage and the Zart range.
