Diffusing paper leaves that spread liquid colour
Roylco Colour Diffusing Leaves Pack of 80, supplier code PA285, are large, plain leaf shapes cut from diffusing paper, measuring 170 x 200mm, ready for colour work with intense liquid food dye.
Roylco, the maker named by the supplier, describes four large, plain leaf shapes cut from diffusing paper. The suggested technique is to squirt, spray and splatter intense liquid food dye over the leaves to create dramatic effects. The supplier lists a size of 170 x 200mm, and the pack holds 80, giving students a large surface for each colour experiment.
Diffusing paper turns a simple drop of colour into a spreading pattern, so students can compare squirting, spraying and splattering on the same leaf shape. Finished leaves can be displayed together to show the range of effects a single technique produces.
Liquid colour and a spray or squirt bottle are the main extras. Apply colour with tools from painting supplies and craft paints, find more art paper in craft art paper, and browse educational craft supplies for the art room.
