Weave star patterns while practising the times tables
Zart Cardboard Weaving Maths Baubles, supplier code CB906Z, come as a pack of 24 cardboard baubles from The Creative School Supply Company for practising and learning the times tables through weaving.
The Creative School Supply Company describes the bauble as an activity to practise and learn the times tables. Each bauble has 10 points around its edge. Students choose a number from 1 to 9, use the points to multiply, and weave between them so that a star pattern forms on the card. The supplier files the product with its cardboard templates.
As the weaving moves from point to point around the 10 points, the multiplication sequence turns into a star pattern on the card, pairing maths practice with a hands-on craft task. The supplier pitches the bauble for both learning the times tables and practising them, across numbers 1 to 9.
Pair the baubles with yarn and plastic weaving needles from the same Zart range for the weaving. Browse maths equipment, craft shapes and cardboard blanks, educational craft supplies and the wider Zart range.
