Flat-pack cardboard faces that fold into 3D masks
Zart Cardboard Fold-Up Face Masks Pack of 40, supplier code CB871, are pre-cut faces from The Creative School Supply Company made of firm cardboard and supplied flat.
The Creative School Supply Company describes these masks as a flat pack to be assembled. Students decorate each face flat with paint, paper or markers, then fold it to create a 3D face that measures 18 x 15cm assembled. The supplier suggests decorated faces may be used for parades or drama performances, and the pack contains 40 pre-cut faces.
Decorating while flat gives a steady surface for painting and gluing paper before the face takes on depth. The fold-up form gives finished masks a sculpted look for performance work. Each face is made of firm cardboard, as the supplier describes.
Students decorate each face flat, then fold it into a 3D mask. Plan the designs before parade or drama rehearsals begin. Find more cardboard craft, craft paints, colouring markers and the Zart range.
