A sturdy cardboard base for clay and papier mache forms
Zart Small Cardboard Cones, supplier code PA050, are 7.5cm cardboard cones from The Creative School Supply Company, made as a starting point for sculpture and craft work.
The supplier describes the cones as made from sturdy cardboard. They can act as a starting point for clay, Sculpt-It and papier mache, or be used on their own in craft projects. The Creative School Supply Company also lists the cones in 12cm Medium and 18cm Large sizes on the same listing.
A ready made cone gives students a firm form to build on from the first minute of a lesson. The Creative School Supply Company suggests the cones as a base for trees or figures, covered in clay, Sculpt-It or papier mache, or used on their own in craft projects.
Set out papier mache strips and paint before the lesson begins. Find more forms in craft cardboards, modelling materials in craft modelling clay, and craft glues in the wider Zart range.
