Sturdy calico bags to print, paint and give
Zart Calico Bags with Handles, supplier code MT085, are a pack of 10 sturdy calico bags measuring 35 x 45cm, made for decorating in the art room or at home.
Zart suggests decorating the bags with fabric markers, fabric paint, screen printing or tie-dye, and says any of its fabric markers can be used, including VIP, Crayola, Javana and Zig. Because the bags are cotton, the brand says they suit screen printing with Speedball Fabric Block Ink, and that images printed on Magic Image Transfer Paper also work well.
Zart describes the finished bags as a gift or keepsake for Mothers Day and festive holidays, or as eco friendly handy bags. The brand recommends pre-washing the bags before decorating, and advises a cold water hand wash or gentle machine cycle to avoid shrinkage and keep the bag at its original size.
Calico bags take paint, markers and printing inks well. See more blanks in calico bags, browse paints and markers in craft paints and craft markers, or explore the Zart range.
