Earthy terracotta plasticine for natural modelling
Zart Plasticine 500g Terracotta, supplier code ML020-TE, is a single 500g block of brightly coloured terracotta modelling compound with a soft texture for young hands.
Terracotta is one of the many single colours in the plasticine range from The Creative School Supply Company. The supplier gives the block size as 2.5 x 6 x 23cm. The compound is described as reusable and non-toxic, which suits shared supplies in a busy art room. The block weighs 500g.
The warm earth tone suits pots, bricks, rocks, landscapes and animal figures. A soft texture means students can work the block by hand, and because it is reusable, finished models can be pressed back into a block and used again for the next project or lesson.
Keep the colours your class uses most on hand. Team terracotta with brown, olive green and other earthy colours. See more modelling clay, the full Zart range, educational craft supplies and art and craft supplies.
