A Square White Bowl for Salads on the Buffet
The Connoisseur 759660 salad bowl is a white plastic serving bowl with a square top and rounded corners, 120 mm deep, for tossed salads, fruit and bread rolls on a buffet or staff lunch table.
Its walls slope in to a smaller base of 135 mm, so the bowl looks generous on the table while staying stable. The square shape lines up neatly beside other dishes on a long buffet, and the bright white shows off leafy greens and fruit.
Weatherdon describe it as durable plastic, which makes it a practical swap for ceramic where bowls get carried, stacked and knocked about, such as outdoor events, staff barbecues and school functions.
Weatherdon give two top widths: 260 mm in their specifications and 270 mm on their dimension drawing. We quote both until the figure is confirmed.
