Round 85 mm Embossed Paper Coasters by the Thousand
Connoisseur 58126 is a plain white round paper coaster, 85 mm across, made from 180gsm paper with a tissue overlay for embossing, and sold in a pack of 1000 for bars, cafes and functions.
Weatherdon list the coaster at 1.5 g each, so a thousand take little room behind a bar or in a catering kit. The tissue overlay is what carries the embossed border visible in the photo, a raised ring just inside the edge that gives a plain coaster a finished look under a glass of water, a beer or a coffee cup.
Being disposable, the coasters can be put out fresh for each table or event and binned at the end of service, with no washing. White suits weddings, conferences and hotel bars where printed beer mats would look out of place.
