Connoisseur 689501 is a black melamine caddy with five compartments in a 210 x 115 mm footprint, enough to sort sugar, sweetener, tea bags, coffee sachets and stirrers into separate bays on one tidy unit.
It is the most generous of the black Connoisseur sachet holders, so it suits the coffee point that serves a whole floor of staff or a hotel breakfast room. In the Weatherdon photo the compartments sit in two rows, and the side profile slopes down towards the front so the sachets at the back stay visible.
