The Connoisseur 5380022 is a 2.2 L clear polycarbonate jug with a rounded belly and an open spout, made for water and juice on restaurant, canteen and conference tables.
Weatherdon describe it as virtually unbreakable, which is the reason to choose it over glass where jugs are carried between tables, set down hard or used by children and guests. It looks like a classic glass pitcher from across the room.
The wide belly holds 2.2 L and the jug stands 235 mm tall, enough to refill a table of glasses in one round. There is no lid, so it is best for pouring at the table rather than storing in the fridge.
Weatherdon say it is top rack dishwasher safe at temperatures no higher than 65°C, so check your dishwasher's wash and rinse settings first.
