A hammertone swing top bin for lobbies and corridors
Compass 769430 is a 30 L round swing top bin with a hammertone grey powder coated body, a 201 grade stainless steel lid, a galvanised inner bucket and a rubber base, for indoor use.
The hammertone finish, a speckled metallic grey, is the look you see in building foyers, lift lobbies, hotel corridors and shopping centre walkways. It hides scuffs and finger marks better than plain paint. The swing lid has a 254 mm opening that tips and returns on its own, so people can drop rubbish in while walking past.
Weatherdon note that the swing mechanism can be unbolted to use it as a standard bin, which helps if a cleaner prefers an open top. The galvanised bucket lifts out for emptying. Weatherdon give a 307 mm diameter; for height their text says 650 mm and their drawing shows 647 mm.
