Two Black Rubber Wedges for Propping Doors Open
Compass 680101 is a pack of two black rubber door wedges, each 125 mm long, for holding a door open while a cleaner works through a room, a delivery comes in or a meeting room airs out.
Weatherdon describe them as hard-wearing rubber door stoppers suitable for all floor surfaces and for indoor and outdoor use. Each wedge rises to 23 mm at its thick end and is 40 mm wide, with DOOR STOP moulded into the top so the purpose is clear to anyone who finds one in a corridor.
Housekeeping staff often carry a wedge on the trolley to hold guest room doors while they service the room, and offices keep them by fire stairs and storerooms for moving furniture or stock. Having two in the pack means one can live on the trolley and one by the door that is propped most often.
Their small size means they slip into a trolley caddy, a drawer or a tool bag without taking up room.
