The everyday 12mm rod hanger in black timber
Compass 59122BLK is the black wood edition of the Compass standard hook hanger: 12 mm thick and 440 mm across the shoulders, with a non-slip PVC covered rod and a metal hook, packed 100 at a time.
Black hangers disappear into dark wardrobes and charcoal joinery, and they keep a row of clothes looking even when the room colour scheme is moody rather than bright. That makes this the go-to choice for hotel rooms, offices and retail fit outs finished in black, walnut or slate tones, where light timber would stand out.
Underneath the colour it is the same working hanger as the light wood 59122: the rod has a PVC cover that helps folded trousers and scarves stay in place, the shoulders are notched for garment loops, and a standard open hook lifts on and off any wardrobe rail. A matching black clip hanger, 59126BLK, takes skirts and trousers by the waistband.
