Teal Zipit Files For A Small Business Workflow
ColourHide 9026007M is the teal green Zipit A4 expanding file, six per pack, with seven pockets that suit a simple paper workflow for a sole trader or small office.
Seven pockets map neatly onto the life of a job: enquiry, quote sent, accepted, in progress, invoiced, paid and filed. Move the paperwork forward a pocket as the job moves, and a glance along the tabs shows what is waiting on you. Each of the six files can run a different month, crew or client group.
For 9026007M ACCO quote 7 tear proof pockets that expand, divided by 6 patented pull up tabs, in strong PP with a secure zipper and a pen holder loop, sized for A4 documents. They pitch it at students and professionals alike. Teal green stands apart from the black and grey files on most office shelves.
Other colours are in expanding folders. Pair with a lever arch binder for finished jobs, or look at zipper binders and ColourHide.
