These are Carl P-B01 spare discs, the flat grey boards that sit under each blade of a Carl heavy duty punch, sold in a pack of 10.
Every stroke drives the hollow blade into its disc. Over time the disc is cut through, holes come out ragged and the last sheets stop punching cleanly. Pressing a fresh disc into the socket restores a clean cut, and ACCO describe the discs as simple to replace.
ACCO list the P-B01 for the Carl 122N, 123N, 124N, HD-410N and HD-430N. The pack is printed K-10, the same part name printed on the base of the 122N. With ten in the pack, a four hole 124N gets two full changes with discs to spare.
For the HD-520N and HD-530N, use the rotating P-B02 discs instead.
