The Buro Metro II 24/7 is built for demanding multi-shift environments including hospitals, airports, emergency departments, call centres, control rooms and security stations. It carries AFRDI 142 certification for a rated load of 160kg in multi-shift use, and is tested to AS/NZS 4438:1997 at Level 6 Severe Commercial. The chair is endorsed by the Australian Physiotherapy Association and holds GREENGUARD certification.
The heavy-duty 3-lever mechanism delivers independently adjustable seat tilt and back tilt, each free-floating or lockable, plus a depth-adjustable seat slide. Buro SafeTex Anti-Bacterial upholstery resists key bacteria and mould, protecting against staining and premature wear. The high-density polyurethane moulded foam seat, ratchet height-adjustable back, nylon base and 60mm castors complete a chair engineered for long-term heavy use.
