A Light Grey Drafting Chair For Tall Work Surfaces
Buro's Elan Drafting Chair in light grey, code 159A-M2-AT, pairs a light grey frame and base with grey mesh, a grey seat and a black foot ring, set at drafting height with adjustable arms.
With a seat that runs from 665 to 920mm, as Buro list it, this is a chair for tall desks, benches and counters rather than a standard workstation. Arms that move in height and width, a lumbar pad that slides up and down behind the mesh, and a foot ring that raises and lowers let each person set it to their own bench.
Once somebody sits, the weight-on locking castors keep the chair in place; stand up and it rolls freely again. Buro give the overall size as 525mm wide and 640mm deep, with the height running from 1245 to 1500mm as the gas lift rises. The guarantee Buro list for this code is 10 years excluding upholstery, subject to their conditions. The paler finish suits studios, labs and bright fit outs where an all black chair would look heavy.
