Black on White Flexible Labels for Cable Wrap and Flag Marking
Brother TZe-FX221 prints black characters onto a 9mm white flexible ID tape, designed by Brother for cables, wires and curved surfaces that a standard label is not made to follow.
A 9mm cassette fits every P-touch tool we stock, all fifteen of them, from the PT-H105 up to the PT-P950NW. The flexible ID range loads and prints exactly like standard TZe tape; the tape and its adhesive are what differ.
The tape flexes to follow tightly curved surfaces such as conduits and pipes, and its adhesive is made for two jobs a flat label does badly: wrapping fully around a wire, and folding back on itself as a flag that stands off the cable and stays readable. Brother lists the range as water, chemical, temperature, sunlight and abrasion resistant, on the same laminated construction as the rest of the TZe family.
The standard version of this tape sits in Brother TZe and MK tapes, the fifteen tools that accept a 9mm cassette are in Brother P-touch label makers, and the wider marking range is grouped under labelling consumables. The Brother PT-H105 is one of the fifteen that takes it.
