Brother TZe-325 prints white characters onto a matt black laminated tape, 9mm wide and 8 metres long, for labels that stay readable against dark equipment and dark cabinetry.
A 9mm cassette fits every P-touch tool we stock, all fifteen of them, from the PT-H105 up to the PT-P950NW. It is the width to choose when one tape has to serve a mixed fleet, or when you do not yet know which machine the label will be printed on.
Six laminate layers seal the printed characters between clear PET protective films, so abrasion wears the surface and leaves the text legible. Brother records no print discolouration against solvents, acids and alkalis, and no effect after thirty days immersed in water or 5 per cent salt solution. After the same 478 hours of accelerated UV, roughly a year outdoors, the background shifted only 1.11 delta E.
