Brother TJ-4420TNWB 4 Inch Titan Industrial Label Printer
A 4 inch thermal transfer label printer for continuous production-floor use, supplied with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and an 8.3cm colour LCD.
The TJ-4420TNWB prints at 203dpi and reaches 356mm/sec, on media 25.4mm to 114.3mm wide. It accepts continuous, die-cut, black mark, fan-fold, notched, perforated, tag and care label stock, so one machine can cover outbound shipping labels, product identification, batch and date marking, and warehouse location labels without swapping hardware between jobs. Print width extends to 104mm. An 8.3cm colour LCD reports status and allows setup at the machine.
Connectivity covers USB 2.0, serial, 10/100Base-TX wired LAN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Firmware supports the FBPL-EZD and FBPL-EZS command sets, which emulate ZPL II, EPL II, DPL and SBPL, so an existing warehouse or ERP print queue can usually be pointed at the printer without rebuilding label templates. A 256MB SDRAM buffer holds templates on the machine itself for standalone runs. Drivers cover Windows, macOS and Linux, and P-touch Editor plus BarTender Ultra Lite Edition are included for Windows.
Brother covers the TJ-4420TNWB with a two year return to base warranty on the hardware and the print head, and provides free product support anywhere in Australia for the life of the machine. The chassis measures 276 mm x 502 mm x 326 mm. Prices are ex-GST.
