Wired label and wristband printing at 56 mm
The Brother TD-2125N is a direct thermal desktop printer for labels, wristbands, tags and receipts up to 56 mm wide, over USB, wired Ethernet or serial.
Brother lists a maximum print width of 56 mm on rolls up to 63 mm, at 203 dpi and up to 152.4 mm per second, and gives the media as Brother RD rolls or non proprietary die cut and continuous rolls. There is no Wi-Fi and no Bluetooth on this model; the TD-2125NWB is the same printer with the radios fitted. Serial needs Brother's optional PA-SCA-001 adapter, and Brother offers an optional PA-LP-001 label peeler and a PA-TDU-001 touch panel display for operating it without a computer attached.
Brother Australia's consumables list for this printer names one roll and one only: RD-S05C1 die cut labels, 51 mm x 26 mm, 1500 labels per roll, the same code Brother lists for the TD-2320D, TD-2350D, TD-2125NWB, TD-4420DN and TD-4550DNWB. Brother publishes no wristband part code for any TD-2 model, so wristband stock is third party and we confirm the fit before despatch. TZe tape cassettes will not fit at all, because TZe is the P-touch laminated tape system and there is no cassette bay here.
Brother Australia's model page carries a Discontinued Product notice for this printer and publishes no named replacement, so this is end of line stock rather than a model to standardise a new site on. Brother publishes its weight as 1.334 kg. Other machines sit in Brother Label Makers and Labelling Machines, and direct thermal roll stock is in Other Thermal Printer Labels.
