Brother PRK-A2001 Scanner Roller Replacement Kit

Rated for 200,000 Sheets, Replaced in Ten Minutes

The Brother PRK-A2001 is a genuine roller replacement kit for the ADS-2800W, ADS-3000N and ADS-3600W, containing the pick-up roller and reverse roller that carry every page through the automatic document feeder.

These are workgroup scanners built for volume, and volume wears rubber. The pick-up roller grips the top sheet and pulls it in; the reverse roller turns against the feed direction to strip away any second sheet trying to follow. When either surface glazes over, the machine starts missing pages, double-feeding or jamming on stacks that used to run straight through.

Brother rates these rollers for replacement after approximately 200,000 sheets. Fitting the kit at that interval, rather than waiting for the fault to appear mid-batch, is what keeps a high-volume scanning operation predictable. Both rollers are user-replaceable, so no service call is required.

This is a genuine Brother kit made to the exact rubber specification the ADS feed mechanism relies on. For best results, clean the new rollers periodically with the matching CNR-A2001 roller cleaner.
