The Longest Running Black Ink for Brother's A3 MFC-J Range
Brother LC3339XLBK is a genuine Brother black ink cartridge rated at up to 6,000 pages in accordance with ISO IEC 24711, and the highest capacity Brother offers for the four machines it fits.
Brother lists this cartridge for four A3 inkjet multifunction machines and no others: the MFC-J5845DW, MFC-J5945DW, MFC-J6545DW and the MFC-J6945DW. Codes in this range look alike, so check the model badge on the front of the machine, or the code on the cartridge you are replacing, before ordering.
These machines take two capacities. The LC3337 cartridges are rated at up to 3,000 pages in black; this LC3339XL version holds up to 6,000, roughly double. Fewer cartridge changes and usually a lower cost per page, which matters most on a machine that prints every day. Yield is a declared laboratory figure and Brother notes it varies with coverage, so heavy colour work will use more ink than pages carrying a logo and black text.
The full genuine range is in Brother ink cartridges, the wider printing range sits in printing supplies, and every brand we stock is grouped under ink and toner.
