A Keyboard Labeller That Also Talks To Your Phone
The Brother PT-D460BT has a full QWERTY keyboard and a backlit graphic display, and adds Bluetooth and USB so the same machine can take a design from a phone or a computer.
Most office labellers make you choose between typing on the machine and designing on a screen. This one does both, which matters when a receptionist wants a quick shelf label and the facilities manager wants forty asset tags from a spreadsheet. Seventy label templates are stored on the machine, along with 16 fonts, 800 symbols and 140 frames.
It takes Brother TZe cassettes from 3.5mm to 18mm and prints up to five lines with a maximum print height of 15.8mm. Nine barcode protocols cover asset and stock work, and sequential numbering runs a batch from 1 to 99 without retyping.
Replacement cassettes are in the Brother TZe tape range in the 3.5mm to 18mm widths this machine accepts. If you need 24mm labels on a machine with its own keyboard, the Brother PT-D610BT is the same design one size up, and the rest of the hardware sits in Brother P-Touch label makers.
