Protect the Originals Your Portable Scanner Was Never Meant to Grip
The Brother CS-A3401 is a genuine two-pack of carrier sheets that lets receipts, photographs, cards and fragile documents feed safely through a Brother DS-640 or DS-940DW portable scanner.
Portable single-sheet scanners are built for clean, flat pages. Out on the road, the documents that actually need capturing are rarely that: crumpled fuel receipts, thermal dockets that curl, business cards, photographs, and pages that have already been folded into a pocket. Feeding those directly risks a jam, a skewed scan or a damaged original.
A carrier sheet solves it by holding the item flat inside a clear protective sleeve, presenting a consistent size and stiffness to the scanner's feed roller. The result is a straight, complete scan on the first pass, with the original returned intact. The sleeve is optically clear so image quality is unaffected.
This pack contains two genuine Brother carrier sheets. Each is reusable across many jobs, so keep one in the scanner bag and one at the desk.
