Red InPower, 20 Sheets At A Light Press
Bostitch 311124 is the red and black member of the InPower family: a full strip desk stapler that ACCO rate for up to 20 sheets of 80 gsm paper.
Red is the easy colour to find on a cluttered counter, and it marks the stapler as belonging to one desk or team. The action is the InPower spring mechanism, which Bostitch call One-Finger, so the top needs only a light push rather than a full-hand squeeze. No-Jam technology is the other named feature in ACCO's copy.
Practical extras are built into the body. A staple remover folds out from the rear, two sticks of 26/6 staples fit in the storage area, and the base hinges open so the stapler can tack posters and notices to a corkboard. When the desk is full it stands upright on its end.
ACCO's wording for the antimicrobial feature is that built-in properties protect from inhibiting the growth of bacteria. The 311124 page does not identify the agent or a test method, and we add nothing to ACCO's sentence. Warranty, per ACCO, is 3 years.
