Everyday Power in a Pocket Sized Pack
The BMX SolidSafe 5K carries 5000mAh of charge in a slim magnetic body, with Qi2 wireless charging on one face and a USB C port on the edge.
A power bank earns its place by being the one thing you never have to think about. The SolidSafe 5K uses semi solid state cells, which BMX describes as holding significantly less liquid electrolyte than conventional lithium ion. A full colour display reports the exact percentage remaining and the live wattage going out, so there is no guessing from a row of indicator dots, and the black finish keeps it discreet on a desk or in a meeting.
Two devices can draw at once, one over USB C at up to 20W and one on the Qi2 pad, and the pack refills through the same port at up to 15W. The lanyard doubles as a 60W USB C cable, which removes the usual problem of arriving with the bank and without a cord. At 5000mAh it is sized for a phone top up that fits in a pocket rather than a full day of heavy use.
See how it compares across the power bank range, browse the rest of the BMX collection, and pair it with a USB wall charger or spare USB C charging cables. The wider on the road supplies range covers the rest of a travel kit.
