BioPak 8L compostable bin liners are made from Ecopond bioplastic, a synthetic bioplastic combined with plant starch. Each liner is certified home compostable to AS5810 and commercially compostable to AS4736 Australian standards, making them accepted by municipal organic waste collection services. If they reach the environment, they biodegrade faster than conventional plastic bags.

Sold in a carton of 1000 liners (40 sleeves of 25). Bioplastics have a 6-month shelf life from purchase and must be stored out of direct sunlight and below 35 degrees C. Note: bioplastic bags with handles are banned for carrying goods in QLD, VIC, NSW and WA, but are permitted for use as bin liners.
