Bala A4 Carbonless Collated Triplicate Sets are pre-collated three-part carbonless paper sets at 80gsm -- white (carbon back), yellow (carbon front and back) and pink (carbon front) -- producing three simultaneous copies when written or typed on, in a pack of 167 sets.
Carbonless paper eliminates the need for traditional carbon sheets. Writing or printing on the top sheet transfers the image through the carbonless coating to the sheets below -- in this case producing a white original, yellow second copy and pink third copy simultaneously. The sets are pre-collated in page order so they can be fed from a single printer tray, one set at a time. After printing, write additional information such as signatures, quantities or handwritten notes on the top sheet and the pressure transfers to all copies below.
Common applications include invoices, delivery dockets, job cards, application forms, warranty claims and any business document where simultaneous multi-part copies are needed for distribution -- one to the customer, one for the office, one for the file.
