Mailhouse runs and monthly statement batches go wrong at the printer, not at the design stage. Each sheet carries 18 labels at 63.5 x 46.6mm, which is the deepest label in the range, taking a full multi-line address plus a logo or a returns line. The 160gsm paper takes laser toner and inkjet ink without feathering, and the permanent adhesive holds on paper, card and satin-finish envelopes. A 100 sheet box is the volume most despatch benches and finance teams reorder against.
The labels are made in Australia. The facestock is FSC certified under licence C118222 and carries 50 percent post-consumer recycled pulp, the adhesive uses renewable content under a Biomass Balance approach, and the packaging is 100 percent recycled material.
