Ultra Heavy Duty Labels L7917 208 x 295mm 1UP 10 Labels
10 labels at 208 x 295mm, 1 to an A4 sheet, 10 sheets in the pack. Polyethylene (PE), extra strong permanent adhesive, for laser printers.
Avery's Ultra range is the one they build for extreme environments. It is polyethylene film, not the polyester used across the rest of the heavy duty range, and it is the only range here for which Avery publishes chemical resistance and a certification.
What Avery actually publishes. Avery publishes resistance to water, tearing, UV, oil and dirt, abrasion, heat and chemicals for this code and a temperature range of -40 to +150 degrees Celsius. This is also the only heavy duty range Avery certifies to BS5609 Part 2, for GHS chemical hazard labelling in transport, and the only one they give a seawater figure for: label and adhesive durability for at least 90 days. Avery names outdoor applications for this code.
What Avery does not publish for this code. No claim about solvents, weather and moisture. They also publish no material weight, no adhesive peel figure, no thickness and no list of the surfaces the adhesive is rated for. None of that is stated here.
A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed solvent resistance and moisture resistance. Avery makes no such claim for it - most of that wording traces to Avery's heavy duty category page, which is written for the whole family rather than for this product. It has been removed.
What these are for. Chemical labelling and on-site decanting, tank and container identification and safety signs and arc flash labelling, and similar identification work.
Avery software code L7917. It sits in our Avery label range, alongside the wider label supplies selection, everything else we carry from Avery and the rest of the catalogue.
