Avery's own words for the finish. These matt white rectangular labels are 38 x 21mm in size.
Avery's own page gives the size twice, and not identically. Their specification row says 38.1 x 21.2mm and their description says 38 x 21mm. The figure used here is their specification row, and theirs is the only other figure there is.

A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed that it is the economical choice for high volumes and that it prints crisply. Each of those has been corrected against what Avery publishes.
