Manilla board with reinforced tabs. Mylar is Avery's word for the plastic reinforcement on the tab, not for the sheet - their own note reads that the tear proof tabs have a plastic reinforced cover, referred to as Mylar.

A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed moisture or water resistance and a durability or visibility ranking against other materials. Avery publishes none of it, so it has been removed.
