Alphabetical 'Z' Side Tab Colour Coding Labels, 240 Per Pack
A pack of 240 light green alphabetical 'Z' side tab colour coding labels at 25 x 42mm, on polyester with a permanent adhesive, supplied as sheets. This is the larger of Avery's two side tab formats.
Applied to the side tab of a lateral file, the character reads from the drawer face with the file still in place, so a run of files can be scanned, pulled or refiled without opening a folder. At 25 x 42mm the label carries more height than the 25 x 38mm format, which is the practical reason to choose it.
Important if you already run a 25 x 38mm system: the two sizes do not share a colour scheme. In this 25 x 42mm range Z is light green. In the 25 x 38mm range the same character is grey. The colours are assigned independently, so a label bought in one size to top up the other will not match. Check the size of your existing labels before ordering.
Within this 25 x 42mm range light green is also used for H and Q, so the printed character is what separates them.
The facestock is polyester with a permanent adhesive, which stands up to the handling a working file takes and then an archive.
