Month 'DEC' Side Tab Coding Labels For December, 180 Per Pack
A pack of 180 orange month coding labels printed DEC, at 23 x 38mm, on polyester with a permanent adhesive. DEC is one of the twelve month codes Avery makes for date based lateral filing.
Applied to the side tab of a lateral file, the code reads from the drawer face with the file still in place, so a month of records can be found, archived or culled without opening a folder. The label prints the three letter abbreviation DEC, not the full word December.
Orange is also used for MAR in this range. Avery's twelve month codes run on ten colours, not twelve, so DEC and MAR share a tab colour and the printed code is what separates them. Worth knowing before you build a system that relies on colour alone.
Note the size. These month codes are 23 x 38mm, not the 25 x 38mm of Avery's letter and number side tab codes, and the two ranges are on separate colour schemes. They sit together on a tab, but a month label is 2mm narrower and its colour is not the letter or number colour for the same position.
