Coin recognition and counting by fives, tens and twenties
Learning Can Be Fun Australian Money Bingo, supplier code EVLAMB, is a bingo game that helps teach children counting in groups of 5, 10 and 20 and recognising Australian coins.
The set includes 6 double sided bingo cards, 24 money tokens, 100 counters, a cloth storage bag and instructions. Learning Can Be Fun describes it as a valuable resource to encourage learning through play, aided by coin illustrations and colourful numbers that help early learners count money while having fun.
Calling out money tokens while players cover matching values gives children repeated practice with coins in a game setting. Double sided cards add variety from one game to the next, and the cloth storage bag keeps the cards, tokens and counters together after each session.
For more money matching in a different format, Australian Money Dominoes is listed separately in the range. Browse the Learning Can Be Fun range, more educational games, maths equipment and teacher resources.
