When black, blue, red and green are already taken, purple gives a whiteboard another clear layer without repeating a colour. In ACCO's words the marker is designed for precise and clear markings, whether the surface is a traditional, an electronic or a lapboard whiteboard. On the box, Artline prints a 1.5mm badge beside the bullet nib, along with alcohol based ink and xylene free.
For long writing sessions ACCO mentions a glossy grip with a smooth finish, shaped ergonomically to sit in the hand. Artline adds that its ink is fast to dry, lowering the chance of smearing one branch of a diagram while drawing the next.
